Registration
 Registration for APPC12 is available on-line from March 15 to July 5, 2013.
 Participants are asked to apply using the on-line registration, and

 located at the bottom of this page.

Banquet fee (JPY5,000)is included for above registration fees.
Student Participants 15,000 15,000
Students are invited to banquet at no charge.

  *All payments must be made in Japanese Yen.
  *Students are required to show their student ID card at registration desk on-site.
 
    
 Registration Fee includes
 
 1) Conference workbook with program overview and abstracts
   2) Admittance to meeting of Asia and Europe Physics Summit(ASEPS)
   3) Refreshments during conference break
   4) Welcome reception, and banquet for regular registration
 
Registration Fee for accompanying persons covers welcome reception, banquet
 and coffee breaks
 Method of Registration
   
To apply for early-bird registration, please complete registration via on-line
    by July 1, 2013. After this date, attendees are urged to register on site at the
    Conference.
 Method of Payment 
   
  Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made
  by using the following payment methods.

  Reply E-mail
   After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your
   registered e-mail address automatically.
   If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration
   Office.
 Confirmation
   Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office
   will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number.
   This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk
   to receive the Conference materials.
 Cancellations and Refunds Policy
   If you wish to cancel your registration and receive reimbursement for your  
   registration fee, you must send written notification of your cancellation to the
   Registration Office.
   Refunds will be made according to the guidelines outlined below.

From June 1 to 30, 2013:  50% of the amount of payment 
From July 1, 2013:  100% of the amount of payment (no refund) 
*All refunds will be made after the conference.
*For bank transfer payment, a bank handling charge will be deducted from the amount of refund.
